A Seattle, Washington native, Scott was an artist for most of his life, and blew glass for 15+ years. He built his own studio in Seattle in 1996 and enjoyed spending his time working on new and innovative designs.
Scott studied glass blowing at Pratt Fine Arts Center and Avalon Glassworks in Seattle, as well as studing glass sculpture at the internationally respected Pilchuck Glass School. He also studied human form sculpture at the Seattle Academy of Fine Art.
